Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using KryOnexservices, you agree to these terms. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

2. Acceptable Use

You may not use our infrastructure for:

• Illegal activities or content distribution.
• Outbound attacks (ddos, port scanning, spam).
• Cryptocurrency mining (on non-dedicated instances).

Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your instances.

3. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee 99.99% monthly uptime for our core compute and storage services. If we fail to meet this guarantee, you are eligible for service credits as outlined in our SLA Policy.

4. Payment & Termination

Services are billed hourly. You are responsible for all charges incurred by your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with unpaid balances after 7 days.
